Dancing with Power: An Embodied Exploration of Whiteness

Facilitated by Louise Pitre

For White-identified leaders, advancing equity begins with inner work. This program creates space to pause and examine how Whiteness—its norms, privilege, and patterns—shapes leadership and workplace systems. Through embodied practices drawn from Social Presencing Theatre, you’ll move beyond books and performative allyship into a courageous, compassionate exploration of how power lives in your leadership. In community with others, you’ll access the wisdom of the body, confront what keeps you stuck, and take steps from awareness toward meaningful action.
